OneTab

Are you a Chrome user? Do you like websites? Do you like websites so much
that you never could consider closing out all of those dozens and dozens of tabs
sitting at the top of your Chrome browser even though you don’t even know which
ab is which anymore? Well, OneTab may very well be the solution to your problem.

OneTab is a way to close out all of those pesky, but loved, tabs without losing any of them.
“How does this voodoo magic work,” you ask? Well, you go ahead and install
this magic extension onto your chrome browser.

Once you’ve installed the extension you click on the OneTab extension button
and it closes out all of your tabs and condenses them into a single tab. When you
click on that tab, it will pull up a list with links to each of your closed out tabs.
The OneTab extension will also keep a history that is kept forever until you decide to clear it.

OneTab also has the ability to sort through your “link closures” by day, so if you happen
to use this amazing service on a regular basis, you are able to see which links you
consolidated and on which day.

One other great advantage of OneTab is the ability to place links directly into your
OneTab folder by right clicking on a file, point to the OneTab option and you’ll find an
assortment of commands. Some of the options include sending the current tab,
all but the current tab or send tabs from ALL Chrome windows.

There are also a number of sharing features as well. You can share individual sessions
or all of your saved tabs by creating a unique OneTab URL for others to access.

This extension is completely free and can be downloaded here.

Along with OneTab there are a number of other extensions that provide similar functionalities
that you can also play around with. They include Tab Snooze, Tabs Outliner,
The Great Suspender and Toby.

Good luck on your cleaning up those Chrome browsers!
